Zento works to bring patients to the platform every day. Even so, the number of inquiries a profile gets varies and is not guaranteed: it depends on the match, demand, location, the profile's content, reviews and the plan.
That is why we never show an expected number of inquiries per practitioner, and never promise a particular place in search engine or answer engine results.

Does Zento advertise the practitioners on it?
Zento runs its own campaigns and content to bring patients to the platform. Your profile takes part through Zento's search and the city and condition pages, according to how well it matches what a patient is looking for. Zento does not run ads for an individual practice.
Am I guaranteed a number of inquiries?
No. How many inquiries a profile gets depends on the conditions you treat, your location, demand, how complete your profile is and your reviews, so no number is promised.
Do I need to know digital marketing?
No. You set up and keep your profile without running campaigns or a website. What matters is completing the profile and keeping it accurate.
Can I share my profile myself?
Yes. Copy your profile link from your dashboard and use it on your website, social media and messages to patients, and add the review widgets or the email-signature card to your own site and email.
Does a higher plan move me up the results?
No. Search results are in the same order for every plan: nearest first when a patient searches near them, otherwise newest first. Pro adds a few clearly labelled Sponsored places on search, city and condition pages, and Growth and Pro show a Featured badge.
