I am so glad I found Dr. Denise. She is kind, intuitive, listens and then applies her skillset to exactly what your body needs to feel better. She has a super gentle touch and has made every session virtually pain free. Dr. Denise has been an essential part of my healing journey and I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Dr. Denise was very welcoming and thorough. She is extremely knowledgeable and truly dedicated to her practice. Her assessments are detailed, and she takes her time to educate you on your current condition and treatment plan, ensuring that you leave each appointment well-informed and confident in your care. I felt amazing after my first appointment and I noticed a big difference in my health. For instance, my sleep schedule improved almost immediately, which was something I struggled with on a daily basis. I highly recommend her to anyone wanting to try acupuncture!

Today was my first session with Dr. Denise Ho and I was quite impressed. She answered all my questions without a flinch which tells me how well she knows her craft and the depth of her knowledge. I was a little nervous about needles but Dr. Ho is gentle and explained the purpose behind the placement of each needle and prefaced when she was placing them in. I learned quite a bit about how different organs interact and received some very practical tips on how to improve areas of health mentioned during my screening. I would highly recommend Dr. Ho and look forward to my next appointment with her.
