I’m seeing Dr Chang for upper back, shoulder and arm pain. She is very holistic and not only does massage and acupuncture but also other techniques and recommends exercises, food and drink and other lifestyle changes. All her treatments and suggestions are helping a lot. The first few visits the treatments wore off after a few hours, but as I continue, and do the exercises and lifestyle changes, the effects are lasting longer and longer and my pain is slowly subsiding. I’ve come to realize that these treatments you have to do consistently every week plus change lifestyle to get the best results. She is very perceptive and finds all the muscle knots and painful spots, as well as noticing things like fast heart, sweating, and muscle weakness. I have gone in to appointments in a lot of pain and not feeling well, but I leave energized and feeling much better.

I went to Dr. Chang for my shoulder and back pain. I had shoulder pain for about an year and back pain for 7-8 years. She created a treatment plan with multiple exercises, sitting posture improvement, vibration therapy, activator adjustment instrument, massage and hot/cold gel. After about 10 visits, my shoulder pain was completely gone. My back pain issue improved a lot. She didn't use acupuncture as my insurance didn't cover it. June is great too. Her massage was helpful part of the treatment and is easy to communicate for appointments and followups. Highly recommended.

As a person who has to sit for hours at a time working as a storyboard and comic artist, Dr Chang's sessions has been incredibly beneficial to me. The acupuncture work helps greatly, but she's also given me a range of exercises to strengthen my back and core. A wonderful doctor who gives good advice, great acupuncture care and helpful preventative measures so I'm in good shape! The natural medicine she recommends are wonderful and work as I don't like taking over the counter drugs or prescription drugs.
