I found this location on ClassPass and so happy I did! Gia did an amazing job during my first visit getting acupuncture for the first time. She made me feel super comfortable and well taken care of. Highly recommend her for cupping as well. 💕

This review is for Dr. Pham's acupuncture services that I had in March 2025. I came in with the following issue: A suspected torn shoulder rotator cuff. I had gone snowboarding three months prior, where I overextended my shoulder joint while falling. I had a sharp pain at level 6-7 which did exhibit very slow healing - but any rehab exercise or weight lifting I had performed during this time resulted in additional damage and eventually I could not lift anymore. I had tried muscular kneading massages as suggested by Youtube but they did not yield any results. During this period I was - experiencing pain level 6\7 at certain angles - unable to sleep on that side of my body - could not lift anything heavy above my head - unable to weight lift, do athletic sports - unable to rotate my arm at certain angles After 3 months of this, I decided to visit Dr. Pham to fix the issue. The treatment results: The shoulder was fully healed after the course of four sessions (so 280$ total) over the course of 2 weeks and 5 days. The logs of my journey are as follows: Treatment #1 (t+0): - Post session, the pain level dropped to a dull 2. This decreased pain level lasted for the following 2 days. Treatment #2 (t+7 days): - Since the first treatment resulted in good progress but only temporary, I increased the treatment frequency to twice a week. - Regained full rotation and mobility in shoulder, but pain stayed at a sharp 6 when used in certain angles. Treatment #3 (t+10 days): - Pain level reduced to a sharp 4\5 - Regained ability to slightly lift weights. Treatment #4 (t+14 days): - Pain level gradually reduced to a dull 1\2 over the course of the next 2 days. - Regained ability to play athletic sports. Conclusion: This was my first time using acupuncture to treat something specific. Overall, I found that the sessions resulted in my body increasing its healing capacities significantly post session, but they were always temporary, only lasting a couple of days at most. I found the most benefit from doing the acupuncture on a frequent basis until fully healed. I also found that acupuncture also helped in reliving some of my other muscles which have been tense for some time which I had trouble releasing (spinal muscles). Since I regularly and seriously train in an athletic and stressful sport which results in regular injuries (Wrestling \ Grappling) I will be adding acupuncture to a bi-monthly routine for preventative care to maintain my body. I believe it will give me a nice edge in training by allowing me to train for longer periods of time. Cheers and hakuna matata (it means no worries)

Gia is an Awesome and very Intelligent person. She a expertise at her job plus more. Not just with acupuncture and she knows Multiple types of acupunctures. I didn't know that till I met her. She really gets to know. So she can assist you the best she can. She got me some healthy recipes and recommended some pills. Her place is a Utopia. Relaxing music, Pleasant aroma, & Plus, a feet-warmer heat lamp. You'll be so cozy, you'll fall asleep. 😁 I highly recommend her!!
