Very respectful, understanding of body system. I had acupressure, and acupuncture, combined treatment. I have only had one session and feel significantly better. I recommend him highly and look forward to my next session.

I started going with Dr. Hirano a couple of months ago and he was a great Dr. but today I had decided not to comeback, he was about to crack my back and I was nervous about it so I signed a coy laugh on a nervous reaction, he immediately said... “I don’t have to do this” on a very rude tone and left the room, closing the door after he left, I was in shock thinking this is not happening ? Really ?how can you treat your clients like that?? I normally don’t complain and I don’t like confronting but I quickly got dressed up and went to the front desk ( really nice lady ) and told her that i was going to pay for my appointment but she can removed my credit card on file, I told her I was not going to comeback, she asked me why and I explain to her, she asked me if I wanted to talk to him... honestly I feel we don’t need to be treated like that, so I told her, no thanks, you can explain to him if he cares about his clients. I am really upset about this, he is really a good doctor but it is not necessary to be treated like that, where is the human side ???? So if you need a good Dr and you don’t care how he treats you, then he is your Dr. So disappointed ☹️
