I highly recommend working with Tara if you are looking to add acupuncture sessions while going through IVF/pregnancy journey. I started my sessions back in April 2025 and was looking for acupuncturist who specializes in fertility treatments/prenatal care, and I feel so fortunate to have found her practice. Tara always takes the time to explain things throughly whenever I had any question and I can be comfortable with her and have open discussions. We always start the session by giving Tara any updates so she can work with the right trigger points and come out with a plan. Her expertise made a significant difference in my experience during such a stressful and critical time. She is very helpful and recommended me take certain supplements to help increase my chance of getting pregnant. I learned a lot about my body and l can't thank Tara enough for being there for me when I had some complications along the way. At the end, I welcomed a baby boy in June 2026 and I'm very grateful for her help!

I have recently started going to Tara for micro needling with Apple Stem Cells. Tara took the time to hear and address my concerns, and how micro needling can help, in addition to the other benefits I would get. I have had 3 micro needling appointments thus far, and have visibly seen the improvements in my skins quality, and texture. Additionally, I have noticed less break outs during my cycle. Tara's office, is clean, welcoming, and provides a place of rest and peace. I have enjoyed all my visits with Tara and will continue to go to her for micro needling treatments. I would highly recommend her if you are interested in micro needling treatment and its benefits.
