Shizue Hayashi Ito

I have been Ito sensei’s patient over a year. I have busy and active lifestyle. I started taking her treatment to ease body pain, but pleasantly found out acupuncture really helps to improve my overall mental health in addition to physical pain. After her treatment, I feel energized, relaxed and less stressed. She’s empathetic, kind and truly care about her patient. I highly recommend her!

Several months ago I started having irregular heartbeat episodes. My doctor’s medication combined with eliminating caffeine and alcohol reduced the episodes to 1-3 time a day, but the medication always gave me headaches. I stopped the medication and went to Shizue Ito for acupuncture treatments. Immediately after the first treatment the episodes reduced. Now after a series of treatments, I haven’t had any AFib episodes in weeks and feel great.

Dr. Shizue Ito is a very caring and concientious healthcare practitioner. I had been in quite a bit of pain and her treatments have helped me greatly. Her treatments also have helped other ongoing issues as well, which must be a result of the individualized care she offers. Highly recommend.
