Absolute Malfeasance - This is a fraud office pulling MEDI-CAL - They give me Blood Work requirement over an hour away - 1.4 HOURS FROM ME - ONLY 3 LOCATIONS The "DR" openly attempts to UPSELL me into tangential services while NOT FOCUSING on the ISSUE AT HAND PREVIOUS VISIT - "Do you want to leave?" passively threatening me when he knows I MUST be there to get a SIGN-OFF DISGUSTING IN ALL DIRECTIONS

Dr. Khalili is knowledgeable, caring, and never rushes appointments. Lior is always kind, responsive, and keeps everything running smoothly. Great doctor, great team.

Dr. Khalili sent me on fools missions all while I desperately needed surgery. I was literally getting worse by the day as I was being led further and further from the surgery I needed. My injury was imperative to fix quickly or my arm would never be the same. I was injured in August and I finally had surgery in December. You can do the math. Dr. Khalili first referred me to one Ortho who I called every day for weeks on end but they never called back with an appointment like they said they would every single time I called. The next referral he gave me was to a hospital that didn't even have an orthopedic department. 3rd referral was when I finally got to see a surgeon for the 1st time and the first thing he asked was "Why did you wait so long for me to see a doctor?". I explained to him that it was out of my control. Three weeks was the max I should've waited to have surgery from the time of injury. Due to the amount of time injured being far past this the surgeon wasn't comfortable doing the surgery, so back to Dr. Khalili for a 4th referral. Surgery finally happened at 5 months. Throughout this process I followed all of the Dr.'s orders exactly as they were given and this was the outcome. Unacceptable. And the cherry on top, not one person will take accountability. Not Dr. Khalili, not LA Care, not Medi-Cal, NOBODY. This is the world we live in. I honestly didn't want to write this. My goal isn't to complain, my goal is to bring awareness to the reality of our healthcare system. It doesn't work. If I had an outlet to talk to someone who could rectify this I'd gladly choose that option. But I've spent too much of my own time being transferred back and forth between Medi-Cal, LA CARE and the Department of Managed Health Care Services with the end result being NOTHING. They never actually do anything but transfer me. I even got a letter in regards to my appeal with L.A. Care, but the appeal has nothing to do with what my actual grievance was. They literally didn't even document my grievance. They put something else down. So I decided instead of trying to change the broken system, I'd like to make the public aware of my experience and let them decide for themselves.
