BUYER BEWARE: Shiwen Liu charges an upfront "paperwork fee" and other random amounts more even or especially if you have $0 co-insurance. She'll milk you for services that you didn't ask for and charge afterwards. During an acupuncture treatment she dropped a fire-heated, glass, cupping jar on my back which burned. Later my husband was blindsided during his "acupuncture treatment" with cupping-which he did not ask for and said did 0 for him along w/some massage?! BUYER BEWARE!!!!! -_- !!!!!
