Dr. Plonka is absolutely phenomenal! Throughout my year long cancer treatment—16 rounds of brutal chemotherapy, 25 rounds of radiation and 2 surgeries—his acupuncture sessions were truly life-saving. The side effects of treatment were excruciating, but my weekly sessions with Dr. Plonka helped manage them in a way nothing else could, and I am a yoga instructor. He is deeply knowledgeable in Chinese medicine, physical therapy, and how the human body works. He has a holistic approach and went above and beyond, also providing adjustments for my neck and spine. I would leave each session feeling nourished, balanced, and at peace, and I would sleep like a baby afterward. I can’t recommend him highly enough! Also Mindy runs the office and she the best!! The level of care and the overall experience is absolutely incredible! You must go!
