A friend recommended Dr. Zhengrong Chen, so I called to book an appointment, appointments here can only be made by phone. The front desk told me she had no availability at any time, and suggested I see someone else instead. When I asked about the other practitioners' specialties, I was told "everyone is good, just look them up online and call back."
