Dr Natalia is very knowledgeable!! . Despite I suffer of many chronic and long issues on many parts of my spine ( joints, important sacro abdominal muscles, chronic lumbar radiculophaty and disc degeneration) she has helped me with acupunture, cupping , sacrocraneal therapy plus other kind of therapies. I went through physical, psychological and financial trauma during pandemic for way over 2 years with long preexisting conditions, a very diificult divorce and close family members deaths abroad all at once in few years. Previously to 2020, over the years, I got up from 4 injuries after lumbar disectomy and laminectomy ( this one I found out afterwards). My body wasn't for a 5th injury like that one but I was forced. It has lot of immflamation included tendons and ligaments. When I got to her I didnt have anymore a 3 year old cord on my right foot ( nerve immflamation). neither water on my knees. I got over two years of tuina, acunpuncture and radiofrequency treatment like 3 times weekly, was very challenging despite the expenses. The korean doctor reduced even scar tissue in my lumbar area, fascia on legs. But imflamation came back only for walking a little in my little rental 1 bed apartment. I overused injured areas for long due to hard life circumstances on previously years. When I got to her I didn't have anymore cords of nerve immflamation on my feet (have them for 3 years). I was like 5 years with more imflamation on my skull's base, plus long neck issues. She reduced it with sacrocraneal therapy and acupunture. I already was better of tinitus I had for years and pinching on right side of my brain. I'm also doing treatment with a functional doctor since October 2024 who is a chiropractor, kinesiologyst who receive patients from over all USA only once a week now. And found out I had adrenals glands shutdown and put me in a lot supplementation for that, tendons, ligaments etc, and a complete XR of all my spine that shows degeneration in many parts. I live for many years with chronic nerve pain with some better moments but I was in the past with many medications for this and a caudal epidural in lumbar area with not good outcome due to diificult life stressors included living in hotels at that moment. It's a long review but I believe necessary to understand where I come from. It was already challenging what it was coming for me before even pandemic hit ( a court trial) but at least I was walking again after 4 times and driving with special pillows. She also accepts health insurance and helped me greatly with this since I went and still going through many out of pocket expenses. She's kind a listen patients and try to help as much she can.

I’m so thankful I found Natalia. She can literally just look at you and tell exactly what’s going on with your body and how to tailor each session. I’ve been going to her for a mix of acupuncture, cranial sacral, and cupping. Everything she does is carefully tailored to what you actually need, and it’s been one of the only things that's really helped me balance my nervous system as of recently. You can tell she actually cares and isn't just going through the motions, taking a lot of time with each client and their unique needs. Highly recommend.

Natalia is amazing and extremely knowledgeable about acupuncture and TCM practices. I was very afraid to start acupuncture and she’s been amazing and caters to my needs and sensitivities. She is really really amazing I can’t recommend her enough!!
